Petetion before the Hon'ble National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, DELHI..against Chairman, GNIDA for failing to supply 24*7 power as promised. has been admitted on 27/05. Notice issued to GNIDA.

Next date of hearing is 12th August. Efforts of Shri Kamal Pandey, Shantonu Sen, Ashok Nath, parichowk.com etc has passed the first test.

Shri Kamal Pandey Former Cabinet Secretary is the petetioner and many prominent residents like Shantonu Sen, Ashok Nath, Gajanan Mali Pawan Sharma etc have joined him as co-petetioners .

Application would come up for admission on 27th May.

Parichowk Dot Com appeals to all the stakeholders of Greater Noida to intervene in the case in large numbers and be present on the hearing day. This is a problem of 1 lakh + people and not that of mere 60 people who have filed the petetion.
